Participating organisations will support the collection of first-person video data capturing authentic manual workflows for advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.

This is not an individual employment opportunity. The programme is designed for established businesses with at least 20 employees that can coordinate participating staff, support high-volume video collection, and maintain appropriate privacy, consent, safety, and operational standards throughout the project.

Partnership Scope

Workplace Video Data Collection

• Facilitate collection of first-person or egocentric video showing authentic work processes
• Capture real manual activities performed during normal business operations
• Coordinate contributors using eligible smartphones and wearable phone mounts
• Ensure recordings reflect genuine commercial environments and practical workflows
• Support sufficient variety and coverage across relevant workplace activities

Participant & Operational Coordination

• Support high-volume video submissions across participating teams
• Help contributors understand expected workflows and quality standards

Workflow, Safety & Compliance

• Advise on appropriate workflows and operational practices within the business
