Job Openings Remote | Clinical & Health Care Operations Evaluation Consultant — $65–$80/hour

About the job Remote | Clinical & Health Care Operations Evaluation Consultant — $65–$80/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced US healthcare professionals across nursing, clinical operations, practice management, patient access, health information management, scheduling, billing, and medical administration to evaluate realistic professional work products within their own field.

This role focuses on reviewing completed AI-generated healthcare work rather than producing or recreating the underlying deliverables. Selected professionals will assess whether tasks reflect authentic US healthcare practice, whether clinical and operational content is accurate, and whether existing grading and quality scores are justified.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Work Product Review

  • Review completed work products representing realistic clinical, healthcare operations, or medical administrative tasks
  • Examine task instructions, supporting files, completed deliverables, and evaluation results
  • Determine whether outputs reflect genuine healthcare workflows
  • Identify substantive clinical, operational, regulatory, or administrative issues
  • Assess whether completed work would be usable or acceptable in a real healthcare environment

Task Realism Assessment

  • Evaluate whether assignments accurately represent work performed in your profession
  • Assess whether task descriptions, constraints, terminology, and expected deliverables are realistic
  • Distinguish authentic healthcare scenarios from borderline or contrived tasks
  • Consider relevant clinical, administrative, payer, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide concise explanations supporting each judgement

Clinical Quality Review

  • Evaluate clinical documentation and professional reasoning within your area of expertise
  • Identify inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic clinical assumptions
  • Assess whether documentation reflects appropriate professional standards
  • Review scenarios involving patient care, chart review, clinical workflows, or team responsibilities where relevant
  • Apply hands-on practitioner judgement when evaluating quality and usability

Healthcare Operations Review

  • Assess practice, clinic, department, scheduling, patient-access, billing, and administrative workflows
  • Review operational decisions, resource considerations, and supporting documentation
  • Identify unrealistic assumptions involving staffing, budgets, workflows, or service delivery
  • Evaluate whether proposed processes reflect actual healthcare operations
  • Apply practical experience managing or supervising clinical environments

US Healthcare Compliance

  • Assess whether work appropriately reflects HIPAA, CMS, payer, and other relevant US healthcare requirements
  • Identify regulatory or procedural issues that may not be apparent to non-practitioners
  • Review privacy, documentation, billing, and administrative considerations where relevant
  • Evaluate whether outputs would withstand professional or compliance review
  • Flag inaccurate or incomplete assumptions involving US healthcare systems

Grading & Evaluation Review

  • Review existing yes/no grading decisions against completed work
  • Assess issues such as requirement compliance, fabricated information, terminology, formatting, and professional accuracy
  • Identify grading decisions that are unsupported by the underlying evidence
  • Explain clearly where and why you agree or disagree with an evaluation
  • Apply consistent professional standards across reviewed assignments

Quality & Score Assessment

  • Independently assess the overall quality of each completed work product
  • Determine whether an experienced healthcare practitioner could realistically use or accept the output
  • Assign an appropriate quality band based on professional standards
  • Compare your judgement with the reported evaluation score
  • Identify cases where scoring does not accurately reflect the quality of the work

Structured Written Feedback

  • Provide brief, clear rationales for individual review decisions
  • Explain clinical, regulatory, operational, or administrative concerns precisely
  • Distinguish material problems from minor presentation issues
  • Support judgements with relevant hands-on professional experience
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout each review
