Job Overview:

As the Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our healthcare facility. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and experience in managing a medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to the medical team

- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to patients

- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

- Manage and mentor medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

- Participate in budget planning and management of medical supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Valid medical license in the state of California

- Board certification in primary care or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred

- Strong knowledge of medical policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
