Position Overview:

We're now hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a high-paying, dedicated route based out of Ridgefield, WA! This opportunity offers excellent weekly home time, steady freight, and top-tier earnings for motivated drivers who want to stay active while on the job.

You'll deliver to retail locations, hand-unloading trailers using rollers. This position is ideal for drivers who prefer a hands-on role and want to maximize their income with a trusted, dedicated customer.

Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,102

• Top 10% Earn: $2,569+/week

• Annual Range: $109,000 $133,000+

• Pay Structure: Mileage pay + stop pay + unload pay + bonuses

Schedule & Freight:

• Home Weekly (consistent reset schedule)

• 24 loads per week

• All freight is store-delivery, dedicated to a customer

• Hand unload using rollers at each delivery location

Equipment & Support:

• Modern, well-maintained trucks

• Safety-first dispatch and support team

• Reliable route planning and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of recent CDL-A driving experience

• Ability to manually unload freight using rollers

• Must meet all DOT and safety regulations

• Strong work ethic, time management, and customer service focus
