Overview

Were hiring 15 Registered Nurses for the Inpatient Orthopedics Department at a leading healthcare facility in Roanoke, VA. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about orthopedic care, post-surgical recovery, and mobility-focused healing.

You'll play a vital role in helping patients recover from joint replacements, spine surgeries, and trauma-related procedures all in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active RN License Virginia

• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

• 1+ year inpatient experience (preferred)

• Experience with post-op orthopedic care is a plus

• Strong documentation and patient assessment skills

️ What Youll Do

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care

• Monitor patient recovery and pain management

• Coordinate care with PT/OT, physicians, and case managers

• Support ambulation, fall prevention, and discharge planning

• Educate patients and families for successful recovery

Shifts

• 12-hour shifts | Day/Night Options

• 3640 hours/week

• Shift differentials may apply

• Weekend rotation as required
