Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician to join our team as the Center Medical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our center, providing leadership and guidance to our team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day medical operations of the center, including patient care, staff management, and budgeting.

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

- Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community organizations to promote the center's services.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of California.

- Board certification in a primary care specialty (e.g. family medicine, internal medicine).

- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
