‍️ Position Overview

247ProTAS is seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a respected rehabilitation provider with over 250 locations across the Midwest and Eastern U.S. In this role, you'll design and administer personalized Plans of Care to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions while preventing disability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans

  • Administer physical therapy for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders

  • Perform diagnostic assessments (ADLs, ROM, gait analysis, etc.)

  • Document patient care, progress, and outcomes

  • Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff

  • Supervise PTAs and Rehab Aides as required by state law

  • Attend training, maintain licensure, and contribute to QAA programs

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or recent Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduate

  • Strong clinical evaluation and documentation skills

  • Comfortable with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and assistive devices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Reliable and professional demeanor

  • Willingness to relocate or transfer to other clinic locations (if needed)
