Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care and a passion for improving the health and well-being of children. As a Pediatrician at 24/7 ProTAS, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive care to children from infancy through adolescence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine check-ups and physical exams for pediatric patients

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children

- Administer immunizations and provide preventative care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients

- Educate parents and caregivers on child development, nutrition, and healthy habits

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Stay current on advancements in pediatric medicine and incorporate them into practice

- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families during difficult medical situations

- Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics

- Valid medical license in the state of Minnesota

- Board certification in Pediatrics

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Experience working with electronic medical records is preferred
