Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico team. As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will provide primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses and injuries, managing chronic conditions, and promoting overall health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries

- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed

- Provide preventative care and health maintenance services to patients

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Monitor and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease

- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and attend continuing education opportunities to stay current on medical advancements and best practices

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Residency training in Internal Medicine

- Board certification or eligibility for certification in Internal Medicine

- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Mexico

- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
