Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our growing Williston, North Dakota team. As a Family Practice Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Perform routine check-ups and screenings, including physical exams, immunizations, and health screenings

- Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and management of chronic conditions

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices and standards of care

- Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of family medicine through continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Board certification in Family Medicine

- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of North Dakota

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family medicine, preferably in a primary care setting

- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
