The Role:

You'll be steering the ship (no actual sailing experience required) across a wide range of property matters including:

  • Landlord & tenant

  • Real estate finance

  • Development projects

  • Sales and acquisitions

You'll also be supervising a capable team, which includes a newly qualified solicitor whos eager to learn and secretarial support that keeps things running smoother than your average espresso machine.

You'll work closely with the Partners and enjoy a mix of home and office working.

What Were Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property

  • A calm, confident file-juggler with serious legal chops

  • Leadership experience if you've herded cats (or solicitors), you're on the right track

  • Someone who can bring both gravitas and good humour to the team

  • Detail-oriented and ambitious bonus points if you enjoy a good spreadsheet or strong pun
