Vacancy: Junior Commercial Property Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal

A respected, forward-thinking law firm with offices in West Sussex is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the addition of a Junior Commercial Property Solicitor or an Experienced Paralegal.

The Role:

You'll be joining a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property department, working closely with senior lawyers on a broad caseload including:

• Commercial leases

• Sales and acquisitions

• Landlord & tenant matters

• Supporting owner-managed businesses and property investors

This is an ideal role for someone at the early stages of their legal career looking to build confidence and experience in a high-quality, supportive environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

You'll either be a Junior Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) or an Experienced Commercial Property Paralegal with hands-on exposure to commercial property files. Were looking for someone who:

• Can absorb and act on detailed instructions

• Enjoys developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Has excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills

• Works well independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Has solid IT skills and understands compliance requirements (e.g. SRA Handbook, Accounts Rules)

Salary:
