Your Role

• Lead analysis across strategic financial services programs (banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance).
• Translate business challenges into clear requirements and precise documentation. Bridge the gap between Business and technology.
• Advise senior stakeholders and align initiatives to regulatory and business outcomes.
• Guide delivery from concept to implementation, ensuring results are realised.
• Contribute as part of a discreet, high-calibre consulting team trusted with critical mandates.

Your Profile

• 10+ years BA experience in financial services.

• Proven impact across transformation and regulatory change programs.

• Strong knowledge of core financial processes (lending, risk, compliance, digital, wealth).

• Proficiency with requirements tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

• Executive-level communication skills; comfortable in the boardroom and with delivery teams alike.

• Versatility in Agile and Waterfall.

• Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Scrum Master) are valued.
