Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Oversee employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  2. Accounting and Finance:

    • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Manage financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making and drive performance improvement.
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance activities.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  3. Office Administration:

    • Supervise office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and services.
    • Ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and document management.
    • Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
    • Continuously assess and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in a leadership role overseeing HR, Accounting, Finance, and/or Office Administration functions.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, financial principles, and administrative best practices.
  • Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., HRIS, accounting software, MS Office Suite).
