Job Description
- Assist and/or lead execution of requirements, functional and other business sessions (e.g. UAT, Training)
- Create functional documents and other related deliverables
- Work with team to design the solution; support in research, analyze, identify conflicts, ensure correctness and completeness
- Perform configuration work items and functional unit testing - Support in multiple functional areas within team
- Manage own tasks, schedules and deliverables
Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of system implementation experience or related fields
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge in the following areas: CRM, Portal, Design Pattern
- Knowledge in application process development, UML, SDLC, Cloud
- Good presentation skill
- Software Development specific certification or other related certification
