Job Description

  • Assist and/or lead execution of requirements, functional and other business sessions (e.g. UAT, Training)
  • Create functional documents and other related deliverables
  • Work with team to design the solution; support in research, analyze, identify conflicts, ensure correctness and completeness
  • Perform configuration work items and functional unit testing - Support in multiple functional areas within team
  • Manage own tasks, schedules and deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1.5 years of system implementation experience or related fields
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge in the following areas: CRM, Portal, Design Pattern
  • Knowledge in application process development, UML, SDLC, Cloud
  • Good presentation skill
  • Software Development specific certification or other related certification
