Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the HR Strategist assists with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining HR strategic initiatives for the Company. You will be responsible for formalizing strategic-planning processes, and leading the development of the HR strategy across functions within the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Working in partnership with the management team, create a human resources strategic
  2. five-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it.
  3. Manage and oversee the human resource function, including:

o Recruitment, hiring and compensation

o Benefits administration and oversight

o Professional training and development, including new employee orientation

o Retention strategies.

 4. Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals.

 5. Developing and empowering high performance teams.

 6. Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

 7. Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.

 8. Oversee, enhance and enforce health, safety, security, environment and risk management, environmental, social and governance performance, and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents or compliance in accordance with the law and applicable regulations and codes of conduct.

 9. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.

 10. Communicate and maintain trust relationships within the company.

 11. Creates environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision, values and empowers employees to be successful in delivering the best quality of products and services and encourages the maximum performance and dedication.

Qualification
1. Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in any field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in HR strategy with proven record.
3. Proven experience in a managerial role.
4. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
5. Proven ability to develop and maintain HR strategic plans.
6. Ability to translate and communicate complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience, presentation and communication skills with proficiency in English both written and verbal.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
