  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business or business-relevant equivalent
  • At least a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Company Secretary
  • Able to plan, analyze, and find ways to solve work problems
  • Fast learner with multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Honest, service mind, hospitality, and relationship-building skills
  • Good command of English. (Spoken and written)

Responsibilities

1. To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors Meeting, and Sub-committee Meeting and prepare all relevant documents
2. To prepare minutes of meetings and resolution
3. To prepare reports in compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as annual report
4. To disclose the Company's information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
5. Research, print, and prepare papers, documents, reports, logs, and related information for the company
6. Managing schedules to ensure adequate time is given notice for a meeting
7. Coordinating and liaising with clients, co-workers, etc.
8. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
