Ticketing (TK)

Salary Range : 30,000

Shift Working : 15.00 น.-21.00 น.

Skill                  : GDS (Galileo + Sabre + Amadeus)

Requirement

1. Able to use MS-Office and Email.

2. Able to do overtime working or work at night

3. Able to communicate in English would be an advantage

4. At least 3-4 years experience in Reservation &Ticketing (Issue/Reissue/Refund)

5. Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

Responsibility

1. Provide service information to agents/airlines regarding group/limited group/group reservations.

2. Check confirmation before booking/purchase/cancellation/exchange/refund

3. Responsible for issuing tickets and canceling tickets.

4. Passporting, changing flights.

5. Manage the GDS quo.

6. Handle unmatched group ticket prices, limited group tickets, differential dispute, ADM, ACM.

7. Working with the staff involved, both internally and externally.

8. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
