Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job responsibilities:
- Present products and services information to the customers.
- Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship.
- Advise customers on market conditions, trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Manage the properties portfolio.
- Participate in Sales events and call the prospect list derived from the event for follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports for presentation to the supervisors.
- Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female with age 24 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Have experience in Condominium Sales of at least 1 year.
- Strong sense of managerial skill.
- Charismatic appeal with a smart attitude.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills (Ms Office, Outlook)
