Job responsibilities:

  • Present products and services information to the customers.
  • Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship.
  • Advise customers on market conditions, trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Manage the properties portfolio.
  • Participate in Sales events and call the prospect list derived from the event for follow-up.
  • Prepare sales reports for presentation to the supervisors.
  • Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female with age 24 - 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Have experience in Condominium Sales of at least 1 year.
  • Strong sense of managerial skill.
  • Charismatic appeal with a smart attitude.
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
  • Good computer skills (Ms Office, Outlook)
