Job Title: HRD Manager with Agile Experience

We are a company that utilizes various cloud-based platforms such as Gsuite, Asana, Salesforce, and AppSheet. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly analytical HRD Manager with Agile experience to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions in all aspects of our HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's human resources development (HRD) strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the HR team using Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, to prioritize tasks, break down complex projects into smaller tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources and platforms such as Gsuite, Asana, Salesforce, and AppSheet.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track HR performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data analysis to support HR decision-making processes such as recruitment, retention, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to assess and improve the skills and competencies of employees, and develop career development plans based on data insights.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team building events, social events, and employee recognition programs, based on data insights.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HRD, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management, based on data insights.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that we attract and retain top talent, based on data insights.
  • Manage and oversee the performance appraisal process, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues, based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HRD.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in human resources development, with a focus on data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Bigquery, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Gsuite, Asana, Salesforce, and AppSheet.
  • Experience managing HR teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of HR professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations related to HRD.
