Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition and Development:

- Build a robust talent pipeline and employer brand to attract the best candidates in the tech industry.
- Tech Workforce Management:
- Lead the development of specialized HR practices for the tech workforce, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
- Implement effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and motivating tech talent.
- Performance and Culture:
- Develop and manage performance management systems and processes tailored to the tech industry's fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the tech company, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- Compensation and Benefits:
- Lead the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top tech talent.
- Ensure alignment with market trends and benchmarks in tech industry compensation.
- HR Technology and Analytics:
- Leverage HR technology and data analytics to make informed decisions and enhance HR processes.
- Implement and optimize HR tech solutions to streamline HR operations.
- Legal Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring full legal compliance in all HR practices.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within the technology sector.
