Responsibilities

  • Providing advice to executives in the construction projects that the company operates in order to meet the goals and policies of the company.
  • Monitoring the construction process and update stage of construction.
  • Assist in recruiting contractors and checking prices
  • Managing and monitoring the budget and costing of each project to be efficient depend on action plan.
  • Planning long term corporate plan and yearly action plan to present to management team.
  • Managing low-rise products rely on company goal and strategy.
  • Consulting and mentoring all subordinate to solving problem in effective way, leading project management and including motivating strategy.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments such as construction department, marketing department, sales department, purchasing department, contractors, etc. to ensure that the construction of the project continues, and it is within the budget of the company.
  • Verify the completeness of documents that must be submitted to internal and external agencies, set standards, designs and estimate construction costs within the company's budget.
