Senior QA Automation ( up to 75K )

Position: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Salary: Up to 75,000 THB

Job Description:

- Own and lead the end-to-end testing to ensure product quality.

- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans using various methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box).

- Collaborate with developers, product owners and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable test cases.

- Identify, reproduce, and document software defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).

- Participate in sprint planning and provide constructive feedback from a QA perspective.

- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to the QA processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the QA field.

- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers within the team.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or a similar role.

- Experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) with a focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, exploratory).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in mobile application testing (Android, iOS).

- Experience in web application testing.

- Experience with automation frameworks and tools is a plus (e.g., Flutter widget test, Cypress).
