Title:Sales Executive 

Headcount: 2 persons

Work Location: Rayong

**Position Background:**

Based on the company's assigned sales targets, formulate and implement marketing plans for the assigned market, integrate various market resources, manage the assigned market well, guide dealers in daily marketing activities, continuously improve market share, channel coverage, and brand influence.

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Formulate marketing plans, including product pricing, sales policies, and channel construction.

2. Communicate and implement various sales policies.

3. Plan and decompose various indicators of the assigned market.

4. Maintain market order, responsible for business activities (public relations).

5. Achieve market performance targets and various operating indicators.

6. Channel construction and maintenance, including agreement signing, channel density, and optimization.

7. Collect and feedback information on industry trends, prices, and policies.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Requirements:**

- Age: Below 35 years old

- Gender: Male

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in agriculture or marketing-related majors

- Work Experience: Over 1 year of experience in market sales or marketing management

- Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in office software and document writing skills, negotiation skills; Thai nationality, familiar with Thai, English, or Chinese as working languages

**Competencies:**

Planning, organizing, analytical judgment, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, customer negotiation, and coaching abilities.

**Salary and Benefits:** Basic salary of 5K RMB/month; commission according to company policy, annual total income approximately 100,000 to 300,000 RMB.
