Legal Officer

Location : Muang Thai - Phatra Complex Building. / MRT Suttisarn

Salary     : 30,000THB - 50,000THB

Industry : IT Consult (Digital Transformation Consultants, Integration Consultants, Software Development services, and IT Resource Services)

Responsibilities

• Check, Verifies and Control all company's contract according to the law and keep corporate compliance.
• Create company contract that have to follow the law.
• Monitor all Laws that effect to company and inform to others.
• Gathers, studies and summaries all concerned law and related issue, communicates to other division as appropriate.
• Consults and answers a legal issue to the line managers as request.
• Prepare legal documents contracts, announcements, MOUs, company memorandums and other legal documents.
• Support management in resolving c and disputes.
• Contact government or private agencies and/or other stakeholders on legal matters.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Law.
• At least minimum of 1 years experiences in Legal.
• Experience in IT company will be plus.
