Logistics Specialist / Shipping Specialist

Location : Frasers Property Logistics, Center Laem Chabang

Salary : Open

Working hour : 5day/first week & 6day/second week, and so on

Work mode: Work at office 100%

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for negotiating with local logistics suppliers such as customs clearance agents, transportation fleets, and freight agents.
2. Responsible for reviewing and promptly handing over import clearance documents for orders of loose parts from the Thai factory to the clearance agents.
3. Responsible for reviewing and initiating system applications for tariffs and related logistics expenses for import orders of loose parts from the Thai factory.
4. Responsible for following up on clearance and timely delivery of import orders of loose parts from the Thai factory.
5. Responsible for the entire export process of complete machine orders from the Thai factory to other countries, including booking, production follow-up, dispatching vehicles, customs declaration for export, document signing, application for certificates of origin, and customer document submission.
6. Responsible for the entire local sales process of complete machine orders from the Thai factory, including production follow-up, dispatching vehicles, customs declaration in bonded processing zones, and collection of customer signed documents.
7. Responsible for purchasing logistics-related insurance and handling insurance claims during the export or local sales process of complete machine orders from the Thai factory.
8. Responsible for updating and releasing logistics-related reports for the Thai factory.
9. Completion of other tasks assigned by the headquarters and the Overseas Logistics Department.

Requirements:
Nationality: Chinese or Thai nationality
Language: Proficiency in Chinese and Thai, or proficiency in English and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Education: Associate degree or above, exceptional candidates may be considered with relaxed requirements.
Major: Foreign trade or related majors in logistics management
Work Experience: Over 2 years of relevant foreign trade work experience; exceptional candidates may be considered with relaxed requirements. Priority will be given to those with experience in
import-export operations in bonded processing zones.
Professional Skills: Familiarity with local import-export clearance, distribution, and OMS, SAP system operations.
Work Attitude: Positive, dedicated, responsible, and possess good teamwork skills.
