Presales Engineer/Technical Presales

- Understand the company's products and services.
- Work with the sales team and serve as the primary contact for clients during the presales phase including POC, Demos, estimation, proposal preparation, and presentation solutions to clients.
- Understand Client needs to do technical opportunity assessment, generate innovation ideas, assist the clients with bridging the gap between business goals and technology solutions, and guide Clients in discovery, design, and implementation.
- Analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms and/or map business requirements into technical features.
- Respond to all client inquiries and troubleshoots, report, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with clients, technical support, and engineering teams in customer issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Support onsite teams to liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors and handle all technical matters Requirements.
- Work with external parties and clients to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with technical matters.
Qualification:
- Male/FemaleAge 24 Years Old Up
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/Business Administration/ Information Technology or related fields
- 4+ years within specific technology domain areas e.g. software development, Cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructures
- 4+ years of experience with technical account management, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or other technical sales roles
Good command of written and spoken English - Good presentation skills self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies
