As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the enhancement of our user experience.

**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to play a key role in the development and improvement of our beauty mobile consult application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a delightful user experience that aligns with our brand identity.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **User Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience.

2. **Technical skill:**
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts and prefer candidate who have knowledge of frontend.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.

3. **UI Design:**
- Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user interface designs into the development process.

4. **User Testing:**
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain open communication and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.

6. **Stay Updated:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in the mobile application space.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Knowledge of current design trends, user interface guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
