My client is a dynamic and innovative firm specializing in cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Director.

Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement:
- Interface with clients to understand their objectives and requirements.
- Obtain client briefs and ensure clear communication of expectations.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.

2.Team Collaboration:
- Distribute client briefs to the relevant teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective and creative digital marketing strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

3.Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services with existing clients.
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
- Develop and present proposals and offers to potential clients.

4.Operational Excellence:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement efficient project management processes to optimize workflows.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.
- Strong financial management skills with the ability to handle project budgets.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Keen understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for innovation.
