Production Supervisor (50K-60K)

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.

- Manage production personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.

- If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach and guide its members to ensure a workforce which is competent, engaged and enabled to meet company current and future needs

- Ensure employees have the correct skills by initiating training, when needed and follow up that SOP/ OPLs are followed.

- Focus on 5S and operator driven maintenance activities.

- Initiate and inspire team for improvement activities to streamline activities in the department to get an efficient operation.

Required Qualification

- Bachelors degree or above in any related fields

- Having 5 years experience or above as Production supervisor or Process Engineer

- Computer literacy (MS office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint, is a must)

- Good Command of both spoken and written in English

- Initiative & Responsibility, Systematic Approach, Effective Communication, Constructive Teamwork and Execution

- Have People management skill
