Responsibilities
- Manages and supervises all human resource and accounting functions.
Develops and monitors the Human Resources Department's annual budget as well as all human resource matters for the company. - Develop and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations that employees must follow.
- Manage and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resource system.
- Design, create, and manage the recruitment work flow, documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Attends executive, management, and company staff meetings, as well as other meetings or seminars.
Requirement
- Male between the ages of 40 and 45.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in HRM, HRD, ER, and GA, 7 years of HR work experience, and 5 years of management experience.
- Use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) is excellent.
- High interpersonal communication skills at all levels of staff, a pleasant personality, a sense of humanity, a desire to serve, a positive and active work environment.
- The ability to make decisions, a leader's personality, and the ability to work as a team.
- ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 certifications are required.
- Understanding of labor law.
- Manufacturing experience will be taken into account.
- It will be given special consideration if you can begin work immediately.
