Responsibilities

  • Manages and supervises all human resource and accounting functions.
    Develops and monitors the Human Resources Department's annual budget as well as all human resource matters for the company.
  • Develop and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations that employees must follow.
  • Manage and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resource system.
  • Design, create, and manage the recruitment work flow, documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Attends executive, management, and company staff meetings, as well as other meetings or seminars.

Requirement

  • Male between the ages of 40 and 45.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in HRM, HRD, ER, and GA, 7 years of HR work experience, and 5 years of management experience.
  • Use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) is excellent.
  • High interpersonal communication skills at all levels of staff, a pleasant personality, a sense of humanity, a desire to serve, a positive and active work environment.
  • The ability to make decisions, a leader's personality, and the ability to work as a team.
  • ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 certifications are required.
  • Understanding of labor law.
  • Manufacturing experience will be taken into account.
  • It will be given special consideration if you can begin work immediately.
