Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gauge the effectiveness of after-sales services.
  • Timely response to customer messages and queries.
  • Ensure timely arrival on-site for addressing customer concerns.
  • Evaluate the performance of after-sales teams and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sort and address batch problems efficiently, providing feedback to relevant teams.
  • Handle overseas after-sales cases, conduct thorough issue searches, and implement effective problem-solving.
  • Record, track, and manage major issues related to EPC Project inspections.
  • Track the return of after-sales machines to the warehouse and conduct on-site inspections upon their arrival.
  • Assist the warehouse keeper in managing the RMA process, including recording, tracking, and dealing with returned machines.
  • Answer, guide, and provide suggestions to customer problems and questions raised by overseas after-sales staff.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve after-sales services.
  • Manage tools and office supplies storage, including telephones, computers, and maintaining a 5S Management system.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations in daily work information collection, filing, and reporting.
  • Complete additional tasks and assignments as assigned by the Headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Age not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Electric Power or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in photovoltaic inverter maintenance.
  • Proficient in maintenance technology and computer diagnosis.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with various testing tools and equipment.
  • Good English communication skills; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.

Reporting Line: Report to the After-Sales Head of SEA.

Interview Process: 
2-3 rounds of interviews will be conducted.
