  1. Position : Talent Management Manager

Office location : Amatanakorn, Chonburi

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7-9 years experiences as a Talent Management / Talent Acquisition in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management
  • Good in written & spoken English

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting recruitment processes in accordance with company policies and standards to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position.
  • Responsible for providing advice during recruitment process by evaluating candidates strength and weakness based on observation and psychological/behavioral analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the best candidate
  • Responsible for developing employees competencies by providing high quality training program based on individual or team development plan to enhance their job skills to become more effective and productive.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.

Budget : Basic salary 70K-110K
