Boutique Executives

Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will take part in the success of the boutique and be accountable for providing first in class customer service. Your main responsibilities will be the following:

Reliable and accurate:

• Customer Service, promote the product experience, client care visits and repair conversion sales.
  
• Support both new and existing customers
  
• Upload and maintain client information in CRM
  
• Participate in marketing events and activities
  
• Provide operational support and knowledge of ERP system us

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years luxury goods retail experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience a plus
• Strong computer skills (PC and Microsoft preferred)
• Fluent in English.
• Prior experience using POS system and its inventory functions
