Job Description:
Lead team to be the internal Digital Media Agency to serve the best performance to clients
Managing and allocating media budgets for all different categories based on historical performance and objectives
Planning media and marketing tools inside and outside marketplaces channels
Planning and analyzing affiliate marketing program
Measurement and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and also P&L Management
Analyzing and performing ads reports
Analyzing market trends to evaluate organic and paid relevant keywords from all across categories
Planning, managing and evaluating effective traffic channels to grow ECommerce sales
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future return on ads spent
Managing content creation, copywriting and Livestream on ECommerce Platform
Evaluating right KOL and/or influencers to increase impression and engagement
Working with cross-functional departments to align with the plans and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or any related field
Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in managing or executing Facebook Business Manager or Google Ads manager managing big budgets and advanced campaign mix
Have Entrepreneur skills such as Communication, Sales, Focus, Ability to learn and Business Strategy
Analytical and proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions, with strong proficiency in Excel
Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
ECommerce knowledge will be a plus
Good command of English, Chinese will be an advantage
