Performance Marketing Manager / Biddable Manager

Responsible for managing PPC/Display/Social Media campaigns for BigThailand. Optimizing campaigns on a daily basis, in accordance with the digital marketing strategies and technical changes of the digital landscape, and analyzing insight from in-house and third-party analytics data, in order to implement innovative management techniques to maximize campaign performance.
Qualification:
Experience in Google AdWords or Facebook Advertising at least 6+ years.
Strong knowledge in Google search and Facebook advertising.
Pass at least 3 Google certificates including Facebook Blueprint.
Knowledge in Bidding management tool, Google Analytic or Performance
Responsibilities:
To acquire in-depth knowledge of marketing channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, SEM, GDN, YouTube and Twitter.
To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each campaign/project.
To set up and monitor campaigns across various platforms, in line with the corporate/campaign goals and objectives.
To manage budgets in line with the target KPIs and strategies.
To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned accounts by using a variety of in-house, proprietorial, and third party tools to compile and draw insight from both company-specific, sector-specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand campaign performance, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
To carry out daily optimisation for a number of assigned on-going accounts.
To produce regular reports containing informative descriptions of campaign activity, suitable advice and recommendations with a clear summary of performance against the KPIs.
To present biddable plans and reports to clients.
To work closely with various departments to ensure that each campaign is kept up-to-speed with progress and results.
To freely share knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics and ideas to the team and ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up-to-date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources
Who we're looking for:
Education: Degree in business, digital marketing, or related field.
Agency background: multi-industry experience, ability to improve performance for any type of client.
E-commerce expertise.
Deep analytics knowledge – from GA to pivot tables to cross-domain tracking, can navigate excel and data like a pro.
Experienced team manager: able to create, implement and make improvements to work structure and processes as well as ability to hire, coach, lead and develop people.
Hands-on experience: have built and scaled campaigns first-hand and are able to train a team to become equally adept, from small to large budgets, knowing how to squeeze performance.
Channel Expertise: Knows Google and Facebook like the back of their hand and constantly building knowledge on new optimisation techniques.
Cross-Channel experience: full funnel experience and know-how to harness the powers of digital marketing.
Driven by the achievement of KPIs internally and externally.
High adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
