Job Description

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), candidate will be responsible for managing and growing enterprise clients and recruitment agency accounts in the Middle East region. You will play a critical role in client relationship management, sales account growth, and customer retention while ensuring maximum adoption and value realization of the Accelerec recruitment software platform.

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including HR tech buyers, enterprise recruitment teams, and staffing agencies.
  • Lead account planning, client onboarding, and post-sales engagement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and product usage.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, feature walkthroughs, and business reviews tailored to client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Accelerec modules and services.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product management and technical teams.
  • Use CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and engagement metrics to track client health and renewal likelihood.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers, HR Directors, and Recruitment Managers.
  • Support client adoption of AI-driven recruitment features, automated job posting, and talent pool management.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as customer retention rate, net promoter score (NPS), and renewal success.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 35 years experience in SaaS account management, preferably within ATS, CRM, HR software, or recruitment platforms.
  • Prior experience working with clients in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) or MENA region.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B client relationships, especially within the HR technology or staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer success skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, or any modern CRM system.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, cloud-based software, and product lifecycle in SaaS.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
