Office Helper Job Description:
3Cix, a leading technology company in Islamabad, Pakistan, is seeking a reliable and organized Office Helper to join our team. As an Office Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and readily available for use.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies or picking up lunch for team meetings.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for meetings and events.
- Help with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
