We are currently assisting our client in filling a job opening for an E&M professional, ranging from an Assistant to Senior level Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals in the Building Services Engineering or E&M discipline to join a reputable company and take on challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in E&M engineering to contribute to Design & Build / MEP projects.
• Apply knowledge in Fire Services and Plumbing and Drainage to ensure compliance and safety.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pricing, tendering, and bidding of jobs to secure successful projects.
• Familiarize yourself with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, and statutory regulations.
• Manage submission and approval procedures with relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and work independently under pressure.
• Maintain effective communication in written and spoken English and Chinese with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or E&M discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in Design & Build / MEP projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge in Fire Services and Plumbing and Drainage.
• Familiarity with pricing, tendering, and bidding processes.
• Knowledge of design guidelines, standards, and statutory regulations.
• Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer status is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
