We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tendering Engineer to join a leading foundation construction company based in Hong Kong. As a Tendering Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing competitive bids and proposals that adhere to Hong Kong's construction standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, drawings, and relevant documentation to understand project requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive tender packages in compliance with Hong Kong's construction standards.
• Conduct detailed cost estimations for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Manage the tendering process, including timeline development and coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals that highlight the company's capabilities and adherence to regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to gather project information and address queries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement process improvements for efficient tendering procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tendering and bid management within the Hong Kong construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's construction regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in tendering software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
