Position: Design Engineer

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join their team in the Kowloon office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed analysis and design of infrastructure projects, with a focus on geotechnical, foundation, and underground engineering.

- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and calculations to support project designs.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Utilize advanced software and technology to support design and analysis processes.

- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in project designs.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on geotechnical, foundation, and underground engineering.

- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques related to infrastructure projects.

- Proficient in relevant software and technology, such as AutoCAD, STAAD, and PLAXIS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Professional Chartered Engineer (CEng, HKIE, MICE, MIStructE) is preferred.
