Project Manager - Development

Position: Project Manager - Redevelopment project

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Project Manager to oversee three upcoming projects in the AA/Rejuvenation works sector. The projects include the renovation of a student hostel and a senior living home, with work expected to begin in September. As the Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of these two projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of the AA/Rejuvenation works projects

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management and clients

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other project partners

- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors

- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, MEP or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the AA/Rejuvenation works sector

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficiency in project management software and tools
