About the Company

Our client is a renowned international main contractor with a strong presence in Hong Kong, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality construction solutions and are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of site activities related to Ground/ Foundation Engineering and Engineering and Land Surveying (ELS).
• Supervise and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to review and implement foundation design solutions, ensuring effective site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Support the Senior Site Engineer in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions on-site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in ELS and ground/foundation engineering (design or site operation).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
