**Job Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and submit competitive bids for construction projects.

- Conduct detailed cost estimations, including materials, labor, and overheads.

- Analyze technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary information.

- Perform market research to assess pricing strategies and competitor bids.

- Organize and maintain documentation for bid submissions.

- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details.

- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

- Follow up with clients post-submission to address any queries.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in tendering or bidding processes within the construction industry.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.

**Salary:**  

The average salary for a Tendering Engineer in Hong Kong ranges from HKD 25,000 to HKD 40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
