Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct geological surveys and investigations to gather data for engineering projects

- Analyze and interpret geological data, including maps, aerial photographs, and well logs

- Identify potential hazards and risks related to geological conditions

- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop solutions for geological challenges

- Prepare reports and presentations on geological findings and recommendations

- Utilize specialized software and tools to analyze data and create visual representations

- Stay up to date on industry developments and advancements in geological technology and techniques

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to geological work

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geology, preferably in the engineering industry

- Strong knowledge of geological principles, techniques, and tools

- Experience with geological software and mapping tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
