3cRGH is currently assisting our client, a reputable company in Hong Kong, in their search for a Registered Safety Officer (RSO). This full-time position requires a registered safety officer with experience in residential and/or commercial building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards on construction sites.
• Conduct inspections and audits, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Develop site-specific safety plans, risk assessments, and safety reports.
• Provide safety training to workers and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders on safety-related matters.

Requirements:

• Registered Safety Officer (RSO) in Hong Kong.
• Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience as a Safety Officer.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial building projects.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong knowledge of safety planning, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
