Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support the company's growth in the commercial and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be a Permanent Resident of Singapore, with a strong background in fitting-out projects. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and hospitality fitting-out projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather relevant cost data.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and material costs to enhance competitiveness.
• Support the tendering process and assist in client negotiations.
• Maintain thorough records of estimates and project budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator fitting-out projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects.
