We are seeking a strong and experienced Chief Stewardess on a busy 37m charter motor yacht. This role requires a confident leader who can manage all aspects of the interior while maintaining high standards of service and organization in a fast-paced charter environment.

Position Details:

• Vessel: 37m Motor Yacht (Jamaica flagged)
• Program: Charter/Private
• Current Location: Fort Lauderdale
• Cruising Plans: Bahamas for the summer charter season
• Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on a charter yacht
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in high-level service, housekeeping, and laundry
• Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities
• Valid B1/B2 visa or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Salary $6,000 to $7,000 plus tips
