We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Deckhand to join a busy 37m charter motor yacht. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience looking to grow within a fast-paced and professional program.

Position Details:

• Vessel: 37m Motor Yacht (Jamaica flagged)
• Program: Charter/Private
• Current Location: Fort Lauderdale
• Cruising Plans: Bahamas for the summer charter season
• Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months yachting experience
• Valid B1/B2 visa or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Required):

• Fishing experience
• Diving experience
• Tender driving skills

Package:

• Salary: $3,500/month plus tips
