A 90 ft U.S.-flagged motor yacht is seeking a talented Chef to join their team of 5 crew. The yacht runs both private and charter, accommodating up to 10 guests, with an average of 11 trips per season (a mix of owner use and charter).

The Ideal Candidate:Culinary degree or formal training requiredConfident working in a small galley environmentExperienced in a wide variety of international cuisinesStrong organizational skills; clean and efficient working styleKnowledge of accounts and budgeting Team-oriented and adaptable

Whats On Offer:Exceptional pay structure (above industry standard) $9,000 month/ (8 months while boat is being used ) $6,750 (4 months paid time off)

Healthcare allowance up to $600/month

Excellent charter tips (historically 20%+ average)
